Nick began his journey in commercial real estate as an electrician. Soon thereafter he started a general contractor company that constructed over 2 million square feet and completed several entitlement projects on budget and schedule. In 2008 Nick launched into Commercial Real Estate brokerage and earned the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) Designation in record time, as well as becoming an ARGUS software expert. By his third year in brokerage, Nick’s investment sales team at KW Commercial was in the top 10 teams in the US with more than $40 million in annual sales volume. Nick has earned the President’s Cup award from the CCIM Institute, has served on the CCIM Technologies Board of Directors, and is an expert in location intelligence. In 2018 he was a guest speaker at the ESRI User Conference demonstrating leading approaches to conducting GIS (Geographic Information Systems) analytics.
Family is most important for Nick. He is surrounded by a loving family; an amazing wife, and two adult children confidently navigating their own paths.

Jackson was born and raised in Austin, Texas, and has cultivated a wide network early in his career. Jackson received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business, with emphasis in Economics and Communications, from the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University. He launched his commercial real estate career in 2021, choosing the commercial real estate sector rather than banking or traditional wealth management. He is genuine in building long-term relationships with business professionals, and intensive in providing investors with accurate analysis and guidance. He loves being involved in a sector that directly affects communities of people. His current focus in on land for development and industrial.
Jackson completed Massimo Group’s 16-week program and is a current CCIM candidate who is actively involved in the local CCIM chapter. His career experience includes team building, office management, and financial analysis.
Jackson’s intrinsic passion is to build trusting relationships and to advance his entrepreneurial aims. The appeal of commercial real estate is the opportunity to realize the rewards of hard work without a contrived ceiling on earning potential.
